Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and mushroom loaf

1 large onion
2 cups chopped mushrooms
2 cups carrot (grated)
1 cup tofu
2 eggs
4 tbsp sunflower seed
2 tbsp sesame seed
1 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp parsley
1 salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup raw almonds (chopped)

Recipe Directions for Carrot and mushroom loaf

  1. Saute onion, add mushroom.

  2. Grate carrot, mix with egg and cumbled tofu.

  3. Mix in onion, mushroom, seeds and walnuts.

  4. Top with crushed buttered crackers.
