Very healthy, altered from an allrecipes recipe!

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot muffins

1 1/2 cups white flour
3/4 cup ground flax seeds
3/4 cup bran
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup soymilk
3 cups grated carrot
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Carrot muffins

  1. Mix dry.

  2. Mix wet.

  3. Combine. Add water (1/2 cup-ish) if too dry.

  4. Spoon into 15 muffin cups.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350!
