Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Lemonade

16 oz Carrots
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
24 fl oz Pineapple Juice Not from Concentrate
0.75 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Carrot Lemonade

Chop the carrots and bring to a boil in two cups of water, then cover and simmer 30 minutes until the carrots are soft. Allow to cool slightly, then process until smooth. Combine carrots, cooking water, pineapple juice and lemon juice in a pitcher. Add additional water to desired consistency. Enjoy!
