Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and Leek Soup

2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 leek Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 tbsp Margarine, 70% Vegetable Oil Spread, Soybean And Soybean(Hydrogenated)
2 tsp Creamy Horseradish Sauce
2 oz Breakfast Cereal
2 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 dash Salt
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
6 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
10 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Carrot and Leek Soup

  1. Finely chop all vegetables.

  2. Saute in the margarine for around 10 minutes. Add horseradish sauce, porridge oats, salt, pepper and bay leaves.

  3. Pour on stock and milk.

  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
