Warming and tasty, easy to prepare

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and Leek Soup

1 1/2 lb Leeks
1 lb of Carrots
1 large Onion
10 gram stock cube
1 teaspoon Dried Nutmeg
1882 gram water

Recipe Directions for Carrot and Leek Soup

  1. Chop all veg into same sized cubes

  2. Cover with water and put in Stock Cube and Nutmeg

  3. Boil all ingredients together until soft.

  4. Blend

  5. Serve with Black Pepper

  6. Makes up 2750 gram of soup - I serve in 300gram servings and had worked out a 300g serving to be 50 Calories.
