Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Ginger Soup

4 c chicken broth
6 large carrots
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh ginger
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Carrot Ginger Soup

Slice carrots and onion. Mince garlic and ginger. Put all ingredients except pepper in a pot and summer until the carrots are soft. Approximately 15 minutes. Process in the food processor until smooth. Add pepper.
