Recipe Ingredients for carrot and ginger soup

1 carrot
1 medium onion
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/4 stock cube
1/16 tsp chilli powder
1/4 stock cube

Recipe Directions for carrot and ginger soup

  1. boil all the ingredients together

  2. blend with a hand blender and bring back to the boil

  3. serve with reduced fat creme fresh or yoghurt if desired
