1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. shallot, minced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. white miso
3 tbsp. grapeseed oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. water

Recipe Directions for Carrot, Ginger Shallot Dressing

Put carrot, ginger and shallot in food processor until finely minced. Scrape down sides and add other ingredients, process until smooth.
