Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Fluff

16 oz Carrots
16 oz Carrots
16 oz Carrots
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Matzo Meal

Recipe Directions for Carrot Fluff

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Steam carrots and blend them in food processor. Combine carrots, sugar, salt, margarine and eggs. Add matzo meal and orange juice. Mix until blended.

  3. Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes.
