1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 cup Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Water

  1. boil carrots fry onions spices add all ing to blender puree and chill

  2. serve with high fibre crackers or use as sandwich spread or dip for other veggies
