Tastes a little like carrot cake!

Recipe Ingredients for carrot date bars

18 dried pitted dates
1/4 c amport cherries, dried
1 carrot
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c Cheerios
2 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
2 tbsp Wheat Germ, Untoasted

Recipe Directions for carrot date bars

Food process first 3 ingredients about 1 minute. Add vanilla & cinnamon and process a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process until a ball forms. Flatten between two pieces of plastic wrap into a square. Refrigerate until firm then cut into 6 pieces.
