Recipe Ingredients for Carrot & Coriander Soup

750 g carrots
1 onion
2 chicken stock cubes
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground mace

Recipe Directions for Carrot & Coriander Soup

  1. Chop onion and slice carrots

  2. Spray Frylite into pan, brown onion for 1 minute, add spices and carrots and continue to fry for a further few minutes.

  3. Add chicken stock and boil until vegetables are soft then liquidise.
