50 grams onion
120 grams carrot
50 grams potato
300 ml water
30 gram fresh coriander
5 grams black pepper

Recipe Directions for Carrot and coriander soup

  1. Cook onion and carrots in pan for 3-4 mins or until starting to soften

  2. stir in coriander, cook for 1 minute

  3. add veg stock/water, bring to boil

  4. simmer until vegetables are tender

  5. blend until smooth
