Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and coriander soup

3 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 kg carrots
1 cup, diced celery
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon coriander
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 litre chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Carrot and coriander soup

  1. Saute veges,

  2. add spices and broth.

  3. Simmer for 30 minutes

  4. Add cilantro and blend in a food processor
