25 g butter
1 onion
1 clove garlic
550 g carrots
1 litre water
2 servings
1 tbsp coriander
150 ml cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

  1. melt butter, cook onion & garlic gently

  2. add roughly chopped carrots, stock and pinch nutmeg

  3. bring to the boil, simmer gently

  4. puree then add cream.
