Carrot cinnamon brown sugar muffins. Needs less sugar. Will cut with honey next time.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot & Cinnamon Muffins

4 oz Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed
0.75 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 egg Free Run Large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup, grated Carrots
1 cup Organics Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Organics Quick Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.75 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Carrot & Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Mix wet ingredients

  2. In a seperate bowl mix dry ingredients Create well in centre of dry mix

  3. Add in wet ingredients. Stir.

  4. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes
