Carrot chips, try adding as a side to any meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Chips

1 carrot
1/2 tbs. Vegetable oil (or so)
1/4 tbs salt

Recipe Directions for Carrot Chips

  1. cut carrot in 1/4 inch slices on the diagonal

  2. Toss carrot with oil, in bowl or with hands.

  3. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet.

  4. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Roast in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
