0.25 cup Olive Oil
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
24 oz Carrots, Baby
0.5 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts, English
240 grams Crushed Pineapple
0.25 cup Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup, unsifted Sugars, Powdered

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. Beat Eggs until thick. Add Oil.

  2. Mix everything else.

  3. Bake at 180(C) for 40 minutes.
