Recipe Ingredients for carrot cake

7 medium Carrots
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 tbsp Full Circle Honey Organic Pure
250 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 serving Baking Powder
100 grams Almonds
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 serving Disaronno Amaretto
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup Natural Apple Sauce
1 medium banana Organic Bananas

Recipe Directions for carrot cake

grate carrots, mash in banana and mix in the other wet ingredients until smooth. add ground alomnds. in a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder and fold into the dough. lastly add the oats and bake at 180C for 60 minutes. let cool completely before eating
