18 oz Carrot cake mix 1 box
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs
1 cup water
16 oz Cream cheese icing

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. Beat cake mix, water, eggs, and applesauce on low speed 30 seconds, then change speed to med and beat 2 minutes.

  3. Pour into greased pan.

  4. Bake as directed below
