Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake

8 oz caster sugar
8 oz sunflower oil
4 eggs
10 oz grated carrot
2 oz walnuts
2 oz sultanas
2 oz coconut
8 oz self-raising flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp mixed spice

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. Add sugar & oil & beat in th eeggs

  2. mix in nuts, sultanas & carrots

  3. sieve flour & spice and add

  4. pour mixture into a cake tin

  5. cook for 180c for 60-75 mins
