Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake

1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrot

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. in small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon

  2. in a large bowl beat eggs, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until well combined.

  3. fold in dry ingredients

  4. stir in carrots

  5. pour into prepared pan

  6. bake in preheated oven (350F) for 30 - 35 min till tester comes out clean

  7. let cool completely on wire rack (Freezer friendly)
