Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake

1 cup canola oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 cups grated carrots
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz crushed pineapple
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. Mix well. Put in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 60 minutes at 350.

  2. Mix last 3 ingredients for icing.
