Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake

2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 cups carrots
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Bake in 9x13 pan if using for cake or 24 small muffins

  3. Bake at 350 for 40 min (cake)

  4. Bake at 350 for 20 min (muffins)
