Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 large Egg, White
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 cups grated carrots

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake

Mix first 8 ingredients. Fold in carrots and pour into ungreased cake pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
