Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake Protein Bars

3 cups quick oats
4 serving Super Pro Shake Mix Cookies & Cream
4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 serving Egg whites international liquid egg whites
8 oz baby carrots
4 oz Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake Protein Bars

  1. mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another

  2. combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a greased baking dish.
