Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cake Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cups flour
1 cup splenda sugar blend
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cloves, ground
1 teaspoon imitation vanilla, no alcohol
4 cups grated carrots

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Pour into muffin paper lined tins.

  3. Preheat oven to 350

  4. Bake until tops spring back when touched, about 15 minutes.
