360 grams all purpose flour
200 grams shredded carrot
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon salt
320 grams applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix dry, then add wet

  3. Mix till just combined

  4. Drop batter into muffin pan

  5. Bake for 15-ish minutes

  6. Let cool a bit

  7. Eat
