The nicest cake, easy to bake and everybody loves it!

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot cake, low fat!!!

200 gram cane sugar
1/10 liter syrup, acacia
1/10 liter yoghurt, low fat
2 eggs
2 egg whites
275 gram wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
350 gram grated carrots

Recipe Directions for Carrot cake, low fat!!!

  1. Turn on your oven, 175 C

  2. Mix all ingredients well

  3. Do the soft dough in a round pan of app 30 cm diameter (sprayed or covered with baking paper)

  4. Bake for 1 hour

  5. Take out of pan to cool

  6. Eat warm OR cold OR the next day - if you have any left by then ;)
