2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups carrots
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 T vinegar
1/2 cup Natural Applesauce
2 T margarine
1 cup raisins
5 T (8 g) walnuts (tbsp)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cake with flax and oats

mix all ingredients in large bowl. place in greased 9 x 13 pan. bake at 350degrees for 20-28 minutes.
