Your grandmother's carrot salad using yogurt instead of mayo and adding cabbage.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Cabbage Salad

4 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, grated Carrots
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.13 cup Orange Juice
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Carrot Cabbage Salad

  1. Grate the carrots and chop the cabbage finely.

  2. Mix the wet ingredient together to make the sauce. Toss the sauce together with the raisins, cabbage and carrots. Salt and pepper to taste (optional).
