breakfast muffins (feel free to reduce sugar)

Recipe Ingredients for carrot bran muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups all-bran cereal
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 3/4 cups skim milk, with
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup carrot, grated

Recipe Directions for carrot bran muffins

  1. Add ground flax to water

  2. mix all ingredients together

  3. put into muffin pan and bake about 20 min @ 400
