Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and Bean Chili

2 medium Carrots
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 small raw Red Onion
10 beans (4" long) Beans, Snap, Green
15 grams Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Carrot and Bean Chili

Grate carrot, chop onion, beans and chili. Put a wok on the heat, add onion and veg oil, fry for 2 mins. Add beans, chili, fry for 2 mins. Add carrot, soy and sesame. Fry for 2 mins. Add tomatoes (can be canned) and beans. Stir. Add tomato paste and sugar. Cook down and keep tasting. Add seasoning if needed. Serve with brown rice
