Recipe Ingredients for Carrot bannana and apple muffins

2 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 cup raw sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp real vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 small grated carrots
1 cup chopped apple
4 medium banana
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Carrot bannana and apple muffins

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine carrots, applesauce, banana, and remaining wet ingredients. Add half the wet to the dry, stir until blended, then add the rest. Spoon into muffins cups and bake about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
