1 large Onions
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
32 oz Organic Vegetable Broth
3 large (3-1/4 Apples
2 tbsp Unico Tomato Paste
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Carrot Apple Soup

Cook carrots, celery,and onion in broth until tender. Add apples, tomato paste, and sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Peel apples and carrots!
