Recipe Ingredients for Carrie's Chicken Salad

25 oz chicken, canned
5 tbsp mayonaise
1 cup red seedless grapes
1/2 cup cashews
2 gala apples, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Carrie's Chicken Salad

  1. Drain water from canned chicken. Separate chunks well in large bowl.

  2. Cut grapes in half

  3. Dice onion and apples.

  4. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

  5. Serve on sliced bread or croissants.
