Recipe Ingredients for Carribean Mango & Avocado Salsa

2 mangoes, cut in 1/2 inch dice
2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and chopped
2 avocado, cut in 1/2 inch dice
1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
3 tbsp lime juice, fresh squeezed
2 tbsp orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 small Red bell pepper, diced
1 small Red onion, diced
1 Kosher salt to taste
1 Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Carribean Mango & Avocado Salsa

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl; gently fold together until evenly mixed. Refrigerate, covered for up to 3 days.
