Recipe Ingredients for Carribean chicken with mangoes & black beans

694 grams Chicken
5 serving (Trader Joes) Mango Chunks
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 lime+yields lime yields Lime Juice
5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
3 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Carribean chicken with mangoes & black beans

  1. slow cook chicken - this was 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.

  2. I shredded the chicken, added one bag (24 oz) of Trader Joes frozen Mango Chunks, which i diced up even further. I added 5 cups of black beans which I also cooked in advance in my slow cooker.

  3. Add red onion, cilantro, crushed red pepper, lime juice and red wine vinegar and let sit overnight to get flavors to combine.
