Recipe Ingredients for Carribean Breeze Protein Shake

100 ml frozen yogurt (vanilla)
1 scoop whey protein powder
170 ml pineapple juice
50 g strawberries
50 g peaches
50 g mangos
50 g banana
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Carribean Breeze Protein Shake

  1. Put all elements in a blender

  2. Blend (pulse and shake the mix periodically to fully blend all fruits)

  3. Pour into glass

  4. Drink deeply while wiping brow in satisfaction of another good workout
