Recipe Ingredients for Carribean Black Beans

10 oz black beans
1 oz corn
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 nectarine
1 chipotle pepper
1 green onion
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Carribean Black Beans

  1. Chop up veggies and nectarine.

  2. Add all ingredients to skillet, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  3. Serve with chips or over rice.
