Easy with just a touch of cheese and bacon so it's tasty, but still reasonably lo-cal

Recipe Ingredients for Carolyn's Yummy Smashed Taters

1500 grams Potatoes, Boiled
75 grams Italian Parmesan (Cello) - Shredded
1 tbsp Crumbled Bacon Bits

Recipe Directions for Carolyn's Yummy Smashed Taters

  1. Cook those taters with the skin on, cuz they're yummier that way.

  2. Smash 'em when they're done - I add chives or some other spices (what've you got on hand? Throw it in)

  3. Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.

  4. bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so.
