1 c fresh spinach
1 c iceberg lettuce
1/2 avocado
5 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cucumber
2 oz beef
2 tbsp fat free dressing
1/2 green onion

Recipe Directions for Carolyn's Salad

  1. tear lettuce & add to spinach leaves

  2. slice avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, onion

  3. cook & drain 2 oz lean meat

  4. toss with dressing
