Recipe Ingredients for Carol's Bread Pudding

12 egg whites
12 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
6 slices whole grain bread
3 tbsp. dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. molasses
4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Carol's Bread Pudding

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. grease a 9x13 baking dish

  3. break up the bread and spread around the dish

  4. mix eggs, syrup, molasses, cinnamon in a bowl until completely blended

  5. add oatmeal

  6. pour into baking dish

  7. bake about 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean
