Carolina style shredded pork cooked in the crock pot on low for 8-12 hrs or until fork tender

Recipe Ingredients for Carolina style shredded pork

64 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Roasts), Boneless
10 grams Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
12 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
30 grams Domino Dark Brown Sugar
22.5 grams Red Hot Sauce
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Carolina style shredded pork

  1. place pork in crock pot and salt and pepper, pour vinegar around pork. Cover, cook on low for 8-12 hours or until pork shreds easily with fork.

  2. Remove pork and strain juices keep 2 cups of the pork juices to the side.

  3. shred the pork with 2 forks and place back in slow cooker.

  4. combine remaining ingredients and pork juices in seperate bowl until well mixed.

  5. Pour over pork and stir in.

  6. Keep pork in crock pot on low until ready to serve.

  7. Enjoy!
