Coleslaw that goes great with pulled pork

Recipe Ingredients for Carolina Coleslaw

1 head green cabbage, shredded
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp celery seed
2/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Carolina Coleslaw

  1. Mix vegetables together in a large bowl.

  2. Take remaining ingredients and bring to boil in a sauce pan.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves.

  4. Pour over vegetables, stir, and refridgerate until cool.
