Recipe Ingredients for Carole's Beef Burgundy

680 grams sirloin beef
250 ml white mushrooms
500 ml mushrooms
284 ml cream of mushroom soup
60 ml red wine
5 ml beef bouillon powder
125 ml water
4 ml salt
1 ml pepper

Recipe Directions for Carole's Beef Burgundy

  1. Place beef cubes in 3.5 L slow cooker.

  2. Add onions (sliced) and small whole mushrooms

  3. Combine 6 remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir vigorously.

  4. Pour over top.

  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

  6. Serves 6.
