55 grams Unsalted Cashews, Urtekram
14 grams Oragnic Raw Carob Powder (BiOrganic)
20 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
9 grams Nuts Pine
100 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
70 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Carob-Coconut Truffles

  1. Start med at kværn nødderne i foodprocessoren. Kom herefter alle de andre ingredienserne i og bliv ved med at røre til dejen er en klump. Måske skal der mere væske til. Rul dem til kugler, og vend dem I henholdsvis carob-pulver, kokosmel og knuste nødder/mandler.

  2. Opbevar dem i dåse med bagepapir imellem dem. Stil dem i køleskabet, hvor de kan holde sig op til to uger.
