Delicious version of Romano's Macaroni Grill Camella's Chicken Rigatoni using light cream and whole grain pasta. This fabulous dish has chicken, mushrooms, and caramelized onions mixed with pasta in a creamy Marsala wine sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Carmella's Chicken Rigatoni - Whole Grain

3.5 serving Barilla Whole Grain Penne
3.4 Serving Chicken
3.5 serving Whole White Mushrooms
1 medium White Onion
6 tbsp Butter
2 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 serving Cooking Wine
10 oz Light Cream

Recipe Directions for Carmella's Chicken Rigatoni - Whole Grain

  1. Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a deep pan.

  2. Saute 12oz. grilled chicken, 8 oz. of mushrooms, and caramelized onions in butter for 2 - 3 minutes.

  3. Add 4 oz. of Marsala wine and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add 10 oz. of cream, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add cooked rigatoni.

  6. Stir in grated Parmesan.
