this is a yummy tofu recipe with spinach and pecans

Recipe Ingredients for carmelized tofu

8 oz extra firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup pecans
1 lb spinach

Recipe Directions for carmelized tofu

  1. brown the tofu in the olive oil and garlic

  2. add brown sugar and pecans

  3. remove from heat and set aside

  4. cook spinach in the same pan

  5. add tofu mixture and serve
