Recipe Ingredients for Carmelized Onions and Portobello Mushrooms

8 slice, thin Onions
6 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
129 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
1 oz Roasted Garlic

Recipe Directions for Carmelized Onions and Portobello Mushrooms

Saute onions in non stick skillet with cooking spray. Add 3 T of broth (no salt added if possible). when onions are translucent; add mushrooms-either diced or sliced thin. If skillet is too dry-add more broth. Add roasted garlic to taste. Mix until mushrooms are sauteed and slightly lightly brown.
